Visitors can admire the vast and picturesque panoramic view of part of the Szczecin Lagoon, together with the backwaters of the Świna Delta and the waters of Wicko Wielkie Lake. It is worth noting that the island areas of the Świna River are classified as "European bird sanctuaries", thus they constitute one of the most important areas of the Woliński National Park in terms of fauna. The very origins of the islands are also extremely engaging, which is why the Zielonka vantage point is equipped with information and educational boards. The name Zielonka was officially introduced by decree in 1949, replacing the previous German name Blätter Berg.
